RISKMONSTER launched and began providing credit management services using the Internet earlier than any other company does in the industry. We are using the ASP and cloud service systems that we have developed in our business activities to advance services that provide high levels of convenience to our clients. Based on our group’s services, which are already used by some 10,000 members, we will support your business operations in a comprehensive manner.

Credit management support services

We combine “a trading firm’s expertise in credit management” with “one of Japan’s largest corporate databases that covers 2.9 million companies” to provide a range of services, such as corporate ratings backed by bankruptcy records, ASP and cloud services, and consulting, thus providing total support for your credit risk management process.

Business portal sites

We support information sharing at your company through a business portal site at the reasonable price of 3,150 yen per month (20 users, 200 MB), with the main service being ASP and cloud versions of “desknet’s” groupware.

BPO services

We provide highly accurate data entry solutions through our own data entry center in China. We help you to achieve greater operational efficiency by undertaking your outsourced business processes, such as digitizing documents and closely inspecting images.

Training and human resources development

We offer human resources development and training services focusing on over 200 business-related e-learning programs. Our training support includes flat-rate services that combine open courses and attendance management systems and systems that allow users to take courses via mobile devices.

We support all your credit management work, from the establishment of credit decision indicators to the protection of credit.
